My Story

With years of professional experience, I offer a unique blend of science, psychology, and deep human insight in my role as a Personal Development Coach. My passion lies in partnering with individuals and groups to uncover their core values and inner strengths, foster emotional growth, and create a meaningful balance between life and work.

My career path is unconventional, and I believe this diversity is my greatest strength. I began my professional journey as a midwife, standing by individuals during life's most profound and high-stress "transition" moments. Through this experience, I learned to navigate the intricacies of physical and psychological stress, helping people find their inner power, calm, and resilience amidst chaos and intense pressure.

Driven by a desire to understand the broader structures of human behavior, I transitioned into Organizational Psychology. There, I studied the systems, cultures, and mindsets that directly impact success, professional burnout, and the sense of belonging within the workplace.

For me, Coaching is the ultimate synthesis of these two worlds: it combines the deep "Heart and Body" understanding from midwifery with the "System and Mind" expertise of organizational psychology.

My approach goes beyond simple conversation. Together, we build a practical framework that aligns your personal growth with your life and career aspirations. We work to transform hidden stress into internal stability, and feelings of isolation or burnout into strong, meaningful connections.

My Coaching Philosophy

Holistic Growth

True transformation happens when we address all dimensions of life — mind, body, relationships, and purpose.

Empowerment Over Dependency

My goal is to equip you with tools and insights so you can continue growing long after our sessions end.

Safe Space

Growth requires vulnerability. I create a judgment-free environment where you can explore, experiment, and evolve.

Action-Oriented

Insight without action is incomplete. Every session ends with clear, achievable steps toward your goals.
